Fideliya puts a loyalty card into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and the locations a business runs are included in the plan price rather than billed on top of it. A shop with one counter and a small group with several sites pay the plan figure and nothing more, up to the plan limit. This page sets that against Passtastic, another wallet pass platform, using figures read from its pricing page on 26 July 2026.
How each product prices locations
Fideliya Free carries 1 location. Pro at EUR 49.99 a month carries 4. Enterprise at EUR 99.99 a month carries 12. Opening a second or a fourth site on Pro does not change the monthly figure, so a business can add a counter without reopening the billing question.
Passtastic prices by location count. Its pricing page on 26 July 2026 listed Single Location at 1 location, Multi-Location at 3 and Groups and Brands at 10, with further sites charged at $25 a month on Multi-Location and $19 a month on Groups and Brands. A business past its plan allowance pays per site on top of the plan.
Fideliya includes every location up to the plan limit at one monthly figure.
What each Fideliya plan costs
Free is a working loyalty program rather than a preview. At EUR 0 a month it carries 1 location and up to 20 customers, issues real passes into both wallets, runs stamp cards or points, and includes the browser scanner staff use at the counter.
Pro is EUR 49.99 a month, or EUR 39.99 a month billed annually. It carries 4 locations and up to 1,000 customers, adds the referral program, and opens four team seats with roles that limit what each person can change. Enterprise is EUR 99.99 a month, or EUR 79.99 a month billed annually, and carries 12 locations, unlimited customers and eight seats.
Passtastic publishes its plans openly too. Its pricing page listed Single Location at $39 a month, or $29 a month billed annually at $348 a year; Multi-Location at $99, or $74 a month billed annually at $888 a year; and Groups and Brands at $299, or $224 a month billed annually at $2688 a year. All three follow a 14-day free trial, and there is no free plan. Those are Passtastic's own figures, read on 26 July 2026.
The currency the plan is billed in
Fideliya bills in euros, Moroccan dirhams, UAE dirhams and Qatari riyals, on Pro and on Enterprise, so the figure quoted on the plan is the figure that leaves the account. Passtastic states "Prices shown in USD" on its pricing page.
Choosing between them
Fideliya fits the business that wants its own loyalty card living in the wallet its customers already carry, free to start, billed in the currency it prices in, and costed so that opening another site does not change the monthly figure until the plan limit is reached. That is the whole product: a wallet pass, a browser scanner, and a dashboard behind it.
One thing runs the other way and is worth naming plainly. Passtastic sells prepaid bundles, store credit and memberships, per its pricing page, and Fideliya offers none of the three. A business whose plan depends on selling credit in advance should weigh that ahead of anything else on this page.
The table above sets out what a business can check before signing up: how many locations each plan includes, what each plan costs, which currency it is billed in, and which capability sits behind which plan.
