Fideliya gives a spa its own loyalty card, issued into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet on every plan including Free. The spa designs the card, prints one QR code for reception and one for the treatment room, and starts enrolling clients the same day using the phones the team already carries. Nothing is installed on the client's phone and nothing new sits on the desk.
A spa loyalty card is not a discount. It is the mechanism that turns a visit booked as a treat into a visit booked as the next step in something the client can see.
The treat problem
Spa retention is harder than most because of how the client files the purchase. A massage or a facial is discretionary, occasional, and justified by a specific moment: a birthday, an anniversary, a difficult week. The mental category is treat rather than habit, and a treat has no rhythm to return to. The client leaves relaxed and grateful and genuinely meaning to come back, and then nothing carries that intention forward.
The card is what carries it. A reward the client can see, at a threshold the spa chooses, changes the question from whether to book another treat into whether to finish something already started. On every plan including Free that progress updates the moment reception scans the card, so the client sees where they are without being told.
Fideliya issues the card into the wallet the client already has open.
Enrolment happens while the client is still glowing
A spa has a window most businesses do not: the few minutes after a treatment ends, when the client is at their most positive about the place they are standing in. That is the moment to hand over the card, and it costs the client one scan.
Put a QR code where those minutes happen. One at reception for checkout, one in the welcome materials for the pause between arrival and treatment, when the client is settled and unhurried. On every plan including Free that scan issues a real Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass, not a link to a page they will close and forget.
The card then survives the gap on its own. It sits with the client's boarding passes and tickets, it updates itself at every visit, and it comes back when they change phones because the wallet restores it. Every time they open their wallet to pay for something else, the spa is there with the progress showing.
The gift card handover
A gift card recipient is the warmest client a spa will ever meet and the one most often lost. They did not choose the spa: somebody else chose it for them. They arrive, they take a treatment they did not pay for, and unless something is put in their hand before they leave, the relationship ends at the door.
Fideliya can put that recipient onto the spa card when the gift is redeemed, so the visit somebody else paid for becomes the first step toward a reward rather than a single unrepeated appointment. Gift cards open on Pro at EUR 49.99 a month, which carries one gift card template, and Enterprise at EUR 99.99 a month carries three.
What each Fideliya plan carries
Free is a working program rather than a preview. At EUR 0 a month it carries up to 20 clients at one location, issues real cards into both wallets, runs a stamp card or a points program, includes the browser scanner reception uses at the desk, and includes one owner broadcast a month.
Pro is EUR 49.99 a month, or EUR 39.99 a month billed annually. It raises the cap to 1,000 clients across four locations, opens four team seats so therapists scan under their own login, includes three broadcasts a month, and adds gift cards, the referral program and advanced analytics. Enterprise is EUR 99.99 a month, or EUR 79.99 a month billed annually, and carries unlimited clients, twelve locations, eight seats, ten broadcasts a month and three gift card templates. Both paid plans are billed in euros, Moroccan dirhams, UAE dirhams or Qatari riyals.
Filling a quiet stretch without discounting in public
Every spa has stretches of the year it can see coming, and the usual answer is a public discount. That works once and costs twice: it fills the week, and it teaches everyone who was going to pay full price to wait for the next one. The premium the rest of the year depends on is the thing being spent.
A broadcast does the same job without the public part. It goes to the clients already holding the spa's card and arrives on the lock screen, which is where a message about this week has to land to do any work, and nobody outside the program ever sees it. Free includes one broadcast a month, Pro includes three and Enterprise includes ten, so how often a spa can do this is set by the plan rather than charged per message.
What the message says is the spa's to decide. An opening this week, a treatment the client has not tried, an add-on for a booking made before the weekend: all of it lands in the same place, on a card the client chose to keep.
Getting the card live
Fideliya needs no hardware and no installation. A spa creates the card, sets what earns progress and what the reward is, prints the QR code, and starts scanning from a phone browser. That is true on every plan including Free, so a spa can have a working program running by the end of the day and decide later whether the client list has outgrown the free tier or the gift card pipeline is worth Pro.
